    Insurance via Travelers

    All protection plans include coverage under a third-party liability insurance policy issued to Diamond Arrow Cars from Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company (“Travelers”). The Travelers policy provides secondary (excess) coverage for third-party liability unless primary coverage is explicitly required by an applicable state statute (e.g., Maryland and New York). Liability coverage is up to $750,000 depending on the plan chosen, except in some states and at some airports that require additional coverage. For New York trips, the liability coverage is $1,250,000. Protection plans also come with 24/7 customer support and access to roadside service, subject to additional terms, conditions. The purchase of a protection plan for New York trips comes with priority phone routing. Diamond Arrow Cars is not an insurance company, and the contract with Diamond Arrow Cars under the protection plan, which limits your responsibility for physical damage to the host’s vehicle, is not insurance. When a trip is booked in the state of Washington, physical damage to the host’s vehicle is covered by insurance purchased by Diamond Arrow Cars, but the Diamond Arrow Cars insurance does not change the contractual responsibilities of hosts or guests with respect to physical damage to a host’s vehicle. What can you expect when you rent this car with me?

– Car will be always gassed up ( full and you just have to bring it back the same way )
– Car is in great shape and conditions. I spend a good amount of time keeping the car cleaned and in good working order. Exterior, interior ,windows, door jams and wheels will be cleaned. Maintenance will be always on point.
– The car will be always on time ( unless is a last minute booking and I have to deliver the car) I manage my fleet daily. You can trust me the car will be there ready for you
– Easy process, check in and check out.
– Reachable, anytime you have a question you will be able to reach me and I will answer right back (keep in mind 9pm to 7am are my out times)

A SunPass Toll transponder is installed in the car and will automatically charge all tolls to it. You may drive through the “SunPass” Lane to save time and money as the cash lanes sometimes cost more. You are responsible for all toll & parking charges made to the SunPass transponder during the rental period. A summary of these charges will be provided with the incidentals invoice after the trip is complete.

Please return the car with the interior cleaned to help prepare the van for the next guest and avoid additional cleaning fees.
